Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of their order before it has been processed or shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order details.

Service Cancellation

For service-based bookings or appointments:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may attract cancellation charges.
  • No refunds will be provided for missed appointments or no-shows.

Subscription Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused periods unless otherwise stated.

Company Rights

We reserve the right to cancel any order or service due to:

  • Product or service unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Violation of terms and conditions

In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.
